The craftsman who manufactured this box stove back in the late 1800’s did indeed take “Pride” in his work. This solidly built antique stove is a dependable heater for its size. The shapely stove features lovely filigree on both sides and on the front. The claw legs provide a bit of whimsy to the design. An extended heart aids in loading the stove and a draft control is located below the front loading door. A cooklid rests on the flat top. This delightful heater would be a proud addition to a home.
