The Box Stove is a handsome piece of history. Cast in a variety of designs to coordinate with any decor, the stove plates are found in Federal, Victorian, and modern motifs. The antique box stove is constructed from solid cast iron, and as early as the 1830's found home in the bedroom, bathroom, office, and studio workshop. GOTHIC BOX STOVE
Understated elegance fits the description of this stove better than its given name. The coloring of the cast iron is a deep, rich black. The design work on the four legs is lovely. A hint of Morracan inspiration is found in the relief work on the front.
