Antique Heating Stove Description:
The Cannon Potbelly Stove is a powerful and efficient heater. The large potbelly stove was manufactured by the U.S. Army to heat bunkhouses. The stove admirably served its purpose through both of the World Wars and all the way through the Korean War. The name U.S. Army and Cannon Stove are featured in relief work on the cast iron body just below the draft control. The stove features a large cleanout area and a removable cooklid hidden below the mushroom dome. The Cannon Heater is a classic American potbelly stove that has seen its share of history.
