DescriptionInstallation Details
Red Cloud is an interesting name for a potbelly stove. It's the name of a famous Indian who was one of the principal chiefs of the Oglala Sioux tribe during the period in history, mid-late 1800's, when the Sioux Indians were losing their Black Hills lands to questionable treaties that led to the massacre at Wounded Knee. The Red Cloud D is a very enchanting potbelly stove that stands three feet tall. Wood is loaded from a large front door. Primary and secondary draft controls help regulate the heat output. An ash clean out tray, located at the base behind the cleanout door, is a convenient feature. A removable cooklid rests on top. The ribbing on the body of the antique stove helps to move the heat throughout the room. Red Cloud was an exceptional man and the Red Cloud D Potbelly stove is an exceptional heater.
