As you make your way through the heating room and toward the back of the building, another room opens up with a much different group of residents. In this room, Kitchen Ranges line the walls and stand in rows creating a cityscape-like view of shapes and colors that you never knew could exist in a kitchen. Some are restored to be exactly how they were 100 years ago. Some are rebels and boast alterations for modern fuel sources like electricity or gas. The stoves themselves lead you through a maze where each stove is as interesting as the next.
You'll see four or five retro stoves from the 1930's side by side. Go ahead. Open'm up.
Some stoves, like this Magic Chef (below), have several compartments and functions. You could get lost in this one for several minutes, but let's move on..

Some of them have been converted to gas or electric power. You may need to poke around to find out who is who.
