This solid cast iron cooking and heating stove was constructed in the late 1800s. It has been fully restored to its original glory combining vintage style with culinary function. The Village Crawford features six cooklids and an insulated oven. There is a temperature gauge on the oven door, just above the name of the stove. Two nickeled trivets are located above the stovetop and below a nickel trimmed storage shelf. A draft control on the side of the wood box regulates the heat output. Manufacturing information is crafted into the cast iron just above the draft control. A side shelf to the right of the cooklids provides extra space for resting pots or pans. Touches of lovely relief work adorn the base, legs and shapely backsplash. The Village Crawford will warm the kitchen with Victorian country charm.
